My experience has been better than other past reviews. The center is new and clean they are organized and the staff are lovely. Very helpful and attentive. I interacted with main reception in -1 and endocrinology department. My doctor was Patricia and she is very good and helpful. Half the staff including the doctor spoke english so they made the visit much easier for me. The only downside is long waiting times to get appointment and tests, but it is normal for a public health system with insurance holders

I always receive excellent care at the Aribau clinic. Dr. Dolores Sanchez Corretger is a magician when it comes to all things related to orthopedia and rehabilitation. I often refer my friends to her and she never lets us down. The counter staff are very helpful and patient with my terrible Spanish. The radiology staff are very kind and are careful when they move you during an Xray. They are also very prompt. The only thing I would say to improve is the online appointment system. Often, I find the doctors I am referred to are not showing up under their specialty, e.g., Dr. Diez at the Aribau Clinic for Family Medicine. I wanted to make an appointment but they did not have him on the list. Otherwise, I think Quironsalud's system is brilliant. I am an Adeslas patient and always receive the best care here. Thank you to all. your staff. And your facility is very clean and bright and welcoming.

Terrible attitude and rudeness from reception personnel. I came for analyses and they said to take a ticket and did not explain where to go, willing to get rid of me faster. I sat it the waiting room which was the closest to the ticket machine. Apparently, it was wrong one. When I found the right waiting room, my turn number was already on the screen. I approached my window and the window assistant switched the number. I said the previous number was mine. He rolled his eyes, made unhappy face and asked me for documents. I had two analyses to do. One was for today and I had an appointment for it, another one had to be done in 4 months and it was written on the paper too! I pointed with my finger which analysis I need for today and clearly he should be able to see it in their system too as only one analysis was booked! He proceeded to print documents for all the analyses. Then he said something fast and I did not catch that. I apologised and said I did not understand. He just ignored me and then gave me my paperwork for analyses. Subsequently I was asked into a Box room for analyses. I have pointed out that I needed just one analysis. The box lady started questioning my turn and asked to show my ticket. I showed it and indeed it was my turn. Then she started asking who gave me this paperwork and I said it was Window 2. Further, the lady started asking if I told the window assistant that I needed only one analysis. I said I pointed out that I needed just the handwritten analysis. Window assistant said to the lady: she did not tell me anything. So I conclude that reception personnel is not willing to read what is written in their own system and at the same ignoring that customers point out??? It was a terrible experience. Why do I have to go through this, paying for private insurance? Clearly, the gentleman who was working at Ventalla 2, 01/06/2023 at 9am cannot be bothered to work with customers. Perhaps, if you hate your job so much, change it? Do not face customers if you treat them so badly?

The staff in the reception is helpful and nice. However I booked a first visit with the only available gynaecologist this week and it was the most awful experience I have ever had. Not even in the public health service I have been treated this poorly. I am pregnant for the fist time, all I wanted was a check and to know if everything was going well. The Dr. Margarita Cuadros Vila was rude since minute one, I came with my partner and she was already defensive and violent, telling us she doesn't know us and making a scene about letting him into the visit with me. After that I told him to stay out. The visit continues and she snapped again when asking me "how often do I take cytologies" (I said twice a year) and she was clearly annoyed by that because it should be once a year according to her. Then she was doing the ultrasound and she was referring to the fetus as "here it is the miserable thing". She clearly noticed we were shock by her awful attitude and try to calm down but then she snapped again after letting my partner in, saying "husbands never add any value to the visits, that they don't even say anything" and to finish the experience, she basically indirectly recommended us to find another place and another gynaecologist (like if that was needed after such display of lack of respect and professionalism). We felt she has personal issue with pregnancy and men. We are aware probably doctors in these clinics are burned out but this experience was beyond what can be consider as "having a bad day". I will not go back to this center ever again.

I was truly amazed by the extremely quick & very professional call that I received today (Sunday) after requesting an appointment for tomorrow 👍🏻 Thank you very much for your great customer service 🙏🏻
